1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Klokk app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

2. Subscriptions and Purchases

Klokk offers a "Pro" subscription that unlocks additional features. This subscription is managed via your Apple ID account.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

3. Intellectual Property

The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to the developer of Klokk.

4. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the app will be compatible with all devices or that it will be secure or error-free.

5. Changes to This Terms of Use

We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
